Keith Rohman’s expert witness experience includes:
- Testified in litigation filed by a legal nonprofit against a state’s Department of Corrections regarding the sufficiency of internal affairs investigations conducted by the department.
- Assisted attorneys in litigation alleging fraud by an employee of a public agency operating a transportation system.
- In a case alleging sexual harassment, reviewed an internal HR investigation as an expert to assist attorneys in decisions about whether to settle a matter or proceed to trial.
