Christina Dalton
Christina Dalton is an attorney with extensive experience conducting workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation for governmental entities and private-sector employers. She has received specialized training each year in Title IX investigation and has conducted investigations of student complaints of sexual assault and dating violence. Dalton also contributed to a PII project that involved monitoring Orange County’s compliance with a federal court order related to its treatment of disabled inmates. Earlier in her career, she practiced civil rights and criminal law with the San Francisco office of J. Tony Serra and was a legal commentator at E! Entertainment Television. She has also worked as a story editor at the Los Angeles Times Sunday Magazine. Dalton holds a J.D. from UC Hastings, and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA. She speaks and writes French fluently.
