Campuses are now frequently addressing complaints involving gender identity, including allegations of discriminatory treatment, sexual assaults, and intimate partner violence. During these investigations, trans and gender non-conforming individuals are impacted in specific ways that can be harmful and traumatic. In this one-hour webinar, Nora Rohman raises awareness of these concerns and provides useful information and techniques for fact-gathering.

A member of the T9 faculty, Nora Rohman is an investigator at Public Interest Investigations, Inc. in Los Angeles, where her caseload includes workplace and Title IX investigations involving LGBTQ individuals. Nora also regularly shares her expertise on this topic by offering training and other presentations to campuses and professional organizations.
