To be effective, investigator training should be led by credible investigators. PII has developed a model for investigator training that uses a combination of classroom instruction, case studies, role plays, and mock investigations. Known as "The Truth Matters"® training, PII’s program has been used as a training tool for law students, human resource managers, and in-house investigators working in both the public and private sectors.

"The Truth Matters"® training focuses on helping participants hone their interview skills and think analytically. This program also helps participants recognize investigative biases and common assumptions that may prevent them from finding the truth. The program can be customized for any organization.
